摘  要:为了充分认识和准确把握长输油气管道智慧化管理在能源输送中的应用和作用,满足不断提高的油气输送需求,以长输油气管道智慧化管理系统平台为研究对象,分析了长输油气管道智慧化管理所能够发挥出来的重要作用。研究结果表明:(1)在以往的长输管道运行过程中,各个方面的管理技术都存在着一定的缺陷和短板,长输管道运行过程中的能源损耗较为严重;(2)长输油气管道在投入应用的前两年时间段和运行使用20年之后都非常容易发生各种安全事故;(3)相关政府部门针对长输油气管道智慧化管理发展出台了一系列的支持政策,提出以企业为发展根本,不断加强对关键技术的创新研发,提高创新设计能力,推动科技成果产业化、重视自主创新技术成果的推广和产业化。结论认为:(1)长输油气管道智慧化管理系统能够根据GIS技术对管道不同位置的应用状态进行监测,获取管道不同位置的油气输送状态、管道压力、温度等各方面情况;(2)智慧管道管理系统通过长输油气管道已有SCADA系统可以对管道运行状态进行管理;(3)通过智慧化技术手段来对长输油气管道进行管理,既能保证长输油气管道的输送安全性,又能提高其输送效率。To sufficiently and accurately understand the application effect of intelligent management for long-distance oil and gas pipelines to energy transportation and meet the increasing demand of oil and gas transportation, an important role of intelligent management in long-distance pipelines was analyzed by taking the intelligent management system platform of pipelines as an objective. Results show that(1) in the past, there existed defects in all management technologies and the energy loss was severe during the long-distance pipeline operation;(2) the pipelines often suffer from various safety accidents in the first two years after its commissioning and twenty years after its operation;and(3) relevant government departments have announced numerous supporting policies for developing the intelligent management for long-distance oil and gas pipelines, which take enterprises as the foundation to continuously strengthen the innovation and development of core skills, improve the innovative design capacity, promote the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements and attach emphasis to the popularization and industrialization of independently innovative achievements. In conclusion, the pipeline management via intelligent technologies can not only ensure the operation safety of long-distance oil and gas pipelines but improve their transportation efficiency. This intelligent management can not only supervise the pipelines’ operation through existing SCADA system but monitor the application of each pipeline section by means of GIS technology, so as to grasp the transportation state, gas pressure and temperature in various pipeline positions.
