摘　　要：“智能+”战略的提出进一步引领了我国数字技术发展的新篇章,推动了大数据和人工智能研发行业的进步与拓展。图书馆作为最新推动信息化的行业之一,在基础信息维护子系统、读者管理子系统、图书管理子系统和图书流通管理子系统等方面的系统发展与创新是知识力量崛起和信息化时代发展的必然要求。据此,研究从硬件优化、资源优化、人文关怀和队伍建设的角度为图书馆信息管理系统的优化提出路径建议。The “Intelligence +” Strategy further leads a new chapter in the development of digital technology in China, and promotes the progress and expansion of big data and artificial intelligence R & D industry. As one of the latest industries to promote information technology, the development and innovation of library in basic information maintenance subsystem, reader management subsystem, book management subsystem and book circulation management subsystem is the inevitable requirement of the rise of knowledge power and the development of information age. Based on this, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the optimization of library management information system from the perspectives of hardware optimization, resource optimization, humanistic care and team building.
