摘  要:以降低优化后区域电网网损、提升电压质量为出发点,研究基于遗传算法实现区域电网电压的质量优化方法。以电压质量好、网损小、经济效益低、设备操作次数少和负荷均衡为目标函数,建立区域电网电压质量优化模型,采用遗传算法求解模型,利用混沌移民替换混沌遗传算法交叉、变异、修正染色体后种群中适应力不良的个体,促进种群中基因个体进化,预防陷入局部最优解。实验结果表明,该方法优化后,负荷终端有功出力可基本达到理想状态,可显著降低区域电网平均网损和电压偏移量,实现区域电网电压质量提升。To reduce the loss of the optimized regional power network and improve the voltage quality, this paper studies the optimization method of regional power network and voltage quality based on genetic algorithm. In order to achieve the target function which has good voltage quality, small loss, low economic efficiency, fewer equipment operation and load balancing, the regional power grid and voltage quality optimization model is set up. It uses genetic algorithm to solve the model, and by using chaos immigration to replace poor adaptability of individuals in a population after crossover, mutation, and modified chromosomes of genetic algorithm, individual genes in a population evolution can be promoted, and it can also prevent falling into local optimal solution. The experiment results show that after the optimization, the active power output of load terminal can basically reach the ideal state, and the average network loss and voltage offset can be significantly reduced, and the voltage quality of regional power grid can be improved.
