摘 要:介绍了山西炼焦煤和俄罗斯炼焦煤的资源分布情况,并选取了几种炼焦煤进行煤质分析,发现山西炼焦煤具有黏结性强、单种煤炼焦反应后强度高等优势,而俄罗斯炼焦煤硫分极低,因此在探索山西炼焦煤配煤应用时可配入一定量的俄罗斯炼焦煤,调节入炉煤硫分,并代替稀缺的炼焦煤资源。选用8种山西炼焦煤与2种俄罗斯炼焦煤进行配煤炼焦试验,结果表明:俄罗斯炼焦煤的配入质量分数在20%~25%时,会对焦炭强度造成较大影响;当配入质量分数下降到10%时,所炼焦炭质量比较理想,因此俄罗斯炼焦煤的配入质量分数最好不超过10%。The resource distribution of Shanxi coking coal and Russian coking coal was introduced,and several types of coking coal were selected for coal quality analysis.It was found that Shanxi coking coal had the advantages of strong adhesion and high strength after coking of the single coal type,and the sulfur content of Russian coking coal was extremely low.Therefore,when exploring the application of Shanxi coking coal blending,a certain amount of Russian coking coal could be blended to adjust the sulfur content of coal into the furnace and replace the scarce coking coal resources.Eight types of Shanxi coking coal and two types of Russian coking coal were selected for blending test.The results showed that when the mass fraction of Russian coking coal was 20%-25%,the coke strength would be greatly affected.When its blending mass fraction decreased to 10%,the quality of coke produced was ideal,so the blending mass fraction of Russian coking coal had better not exceed 10%.
