摘　　要：溶剂法生产煤系针状焦预处理工序中需控制原料软沥青(SOP)中的喹啉不溶物(QI)质量分数小于0.1%。针对常规QI测试方法——重量分析法耗时长、不能及时高效监控生产的情况,探讨了一种QI值的快速测试方法——快速QI色度法。该方法将含QI的样品用喹啉溶解后测试其色度,并建立了色度值与QI值的相关线性方程,在溶剂喹啉APHA色度小于250、待测样品量为1 g±0.01 g时,使用快速QI色度法测试的样品色度值大于79即可保证样品QI质量分数小于0.1%。该方法可将测试报告结果用时缩短至30 min左右。The main purpose of pretreatment process during coal-based needle coke production with solvent method was to remove quinoline insolubles(QI)from raw material soft oil pitch(SOP)and made its content less than 0.1%.Since the conventional QI testing method,gravimetric analysis,was time consuming and could not timely and effectively monitor the production,a rapid QI testing method was discussed.In this method,the sample containing QI was dissolved in quinoline and its chromaticity was tested,and the correlation between chromatic value and QI value was established.When the APHA chromaticity of the solvent quinoline was less than 250 and the sample quantity to be tested was 1 g±0.01 g,if the chromatic value of the sample tested by the rapid QI test method was more than 79,this would ensure that the QI mass fraction of the sample was less than 0.1%.This method could shorten the time of test result report to about 30 minutes.
