摘  要:针对制约配型煤炼焦技术发展的主要因素,山西博嘉慧科技有限公司开展了“静高压型煤成型及配套设备”“高效生物质型煤黏结剂”等关键技术的研发,并依托山西焦化股份有限公司300 kg试验焦炉进行了静压成型高密度型煤协同处置焦化危废炼焦技术的研究。结果表明,成型压力控制在35 MPa~40 MPa、黏结剂加入质量分数为0.3%~0.4%时,可制得符合生产要求的型煤;型煤配入量占装炉煤体积分数30%时效果较好,装炉煤堆密度可从720 kg/m^(3)提高到840 kg/m^(3),焦炭产量增加16%,在型煤中配入焦化危废后对焦炭质量影响较小。The blended briquette coking can improve the bulk density of furnace coal,reduce the cost of coking coal and improve the coke quality.In view of the key factors restricting the development of blended briquette coking technology,Shanxi Bojiahui Technology Co.,Ltd.carried out the development of"briquette high static pressure forming technology and supporting equipment","efficient biomass briquette binder"and other key technologies,and based on 300 kg test coke oven of Shanxi Coking Group Co.,Ltd.,the research of coking technology of coking hazardous waste co-processing with high-density briquette formed through static pressure was conducted.The results showed that the briquette meeting the production requirements could be made when the forming pressure was controlled at 35 MPa-40 MPa and the dosing amount of binder was 0.3%-0.4%;good effect could be achieved when the amount of blended briquette accounted for 30% of the volume fraction of charged coal,the bulk density of furnace coal could be increased from 720 kg/m^(3)to 840 kg/m^(3),the coke output was increased by 16%,and blending of hazardous coking waste in briquette had little impact on coke quality.
