摘 要:为探讨煤与污泥共气化时污泥添加量对SiC耐火材料腐蚀特性的影响,对纯水煤浆、污泥添加质量分数分别为1%、5%、10%、12%的污泥煤浆和纯污泥浆6种气化料浆进行灰熔融特性测试、熔渣腐蚀实验以及SEM-EDS分析。结果表明:随着污泥添加量的增加,气化料浆的熔融温度逐渐降低;当污泥添加质量分数为1%时,腐蚀深度最浅;当污泥添加量增大时,腐蚀实验样品中除碱金属和Ca之外,Fe和Cr的含量也明显增加,SiC耐火材料腐蚀加剧。To explore the impact of slu dge addition on the corrosion characteristics of SiC refractories during co-gasification of coal and sludge,the ash melting point test,slag corrosion test,and SEM-EDS analysis were carried out on six kinds of gasification slurries with different sludge additions,namely pure coal water slurry,sludge coal slurry with sludge addition mass fraction of 1%,5%,10%,and 12%respectively,and pure sludge slurry.The results showed that the melting temperature of the gasification slurry decreased gradually with the increase of the sludge addition amount.When the mass fraction of sludge added was 1%,the corrosion depth was the shallowest.When the sludge addition amount increased,in addition to alkali metals and Ca,the contents of Fe and Cr in the corrosion products also increased significantly,and the corrosion of SiC refractories was intensified.
