甲醇制烯烃装置余热锅炉及再生烟气除尘改造效果评价

摘  要:为了降低装置能耗及排入大气中的再生烟气颗粒物浓度,某甲醇制烯烃(MTO)装置进行了余热锅炉及再生烟气除尘改造。介绍了甲醇制烯烃工艺再生烟气流程及此次技改的必要性,分析了余热锅炉、烟气除尘的改造方案及改造后的运行情况,重点对改造前后余热锅炉、烟气除尘的操作运行及装置能耗变化进行对比评价。结果表明:经改造及优化,该MTO装置增产4.1 MPa蒸汽15.8 t/h,装置总能耗下降15%~20%,再生烟气粉尘排放质量浓度降低至3 mg/m^(3)以下,烟气中NO质量浓度由9.68 mg/m^(3)降至4.61 mg/m^(3)。In order to reduce the energy consumption and the concentration of regeneration flue gas particles discharged into the atmosphere,the technical renovation of waste heat boiler and regeneration flue gas dust removal was conducted in a methanol to olefin(MTO)unit.The regeneration flue gas process of the MTO unit and the necessity of the technical renovation were introduced.The renovation scheme and operation of waste heat boiler and flue gas dust removal after technical renovation were analyzed,with key comparison and evaluation on the changes of the operation of waste heat boiler and flue gas dust removal and plant energy consumption before and after the technical renovation.The results showed that,after the renovation,the 4.1 MPa steam output of the unit was increased by 15.8 t/h,total energy consumption of the unit was decreased by 15%-20%,the dust emission concentration of regeneration flue gas was reduced to less than 3 mg/m^(3),and the NOcontent in flue gas decreased from 9.68 mg/m^(3)to 4.61 mg/m^(3).
