摘　　要：针对陕西长青能源化工有限公司60万t/a煤制甲醇装置自投产运行以来,暴露出工艺烧嘴磨蚀损坏、洗涤塔排黑水管线堵塞、变换系统汽提塔塔顶冷凝器频繁内漏、渣水系统阀门出现冲蚀泄漏、2^(#)合成装置进气调节阀故障、棒磨机进料鼓形给料系统频繁泄漏、精馏塔空冷器冷凝效果差等影响系统运行的问题,进行了原因分析和一系列相应的优化改造,基本实现了甲醇装置长周期安全稳定运行。Since the 600 kt/a coal-to-methanol plant of Shaanxi Changqing Energy&Chemical Co.,Ltd.was put into operation,some problems affecting the operation of the system were identified,such as the process burner abrasion and damage,the blockage of black water pipeline of the washing tower,the frequent leakage of stripper overhead condenser of the shift system,the erosive leakage of the valve of the slag water system,the inlet control valve failure of the 2^(#)synthesis unit,the frequent leakage of the feed drum feeding system of the rod mill,and the poor condensing effect of the air cooler of the rectification tower.By analyzing the causes of the problems and carrying out a series of corresponding optimization and renovation,the methanol plant basically realized the long-term safe and stable operation.
