摘  要:为降低神华煤直接液化项目催化剂制备装置能耗,分析了该装置2021年生产过程中各工序的用能情况,发现能源消耗占比前3位的分别是氮气、燃料气和电能,并有针对性地采取了节能降耗措施,对有统计数据的部分用数据模型进行分析:通过对氮气消耗的调整可降低氮气能耗4.78%,在低负荷(≤80%)生产时通过控制生产线设备启停可降低电能消耗3.14%。In order to reduce the energy consumption of the Shenhua direct coal liquefaction project catalyst preparation unit,the energy consumption of each process step during the unit production in 2021 was analyzed,and it was found that nitrogen,fuel gas and electric energy accounted for the top three energy consumption of the unit,the relevant energy saving and consumption reduction measures were taken,and the data model was used to analyze the part with statistical data:the nitrogen energy consumption could be reduced by 4.78%by adjusting the nitrogen consumption,and the power consumption could be reduced by 3.14%by controlling the equipment start and stop of production line during low load(≤80%)production.
