摘 要:焦炉黑头焦增多会使焦炭热强度指标下降,影响高炉生产。为减少黑头焦的产生,对武钢高炉槽下黑头焦的类型及成因进行了分析,并采取了提高炉头温度、改善焦炉高向加热、优化配煤比、改进推焦车平煤作业等措施。治理后,黑头焦比例由约40%降至约24.8%,焦炭质量有所提高。The increase of immature coke in coke oven reduced the thermal strength of coke and affected the production of blast furnace.In order to reduce the production of immature coke,the types and causes of immature coke under the blast furnace trough were analyzed,and certain measures were taken,including increasing the temperature of coke oven end,improving the vertical heating of coke oven,optimizing the coal blending ratio,and improving the coal leveling operation of coke pusher,which reduced the proportion of immature coke from about 40%to about 24.8%,the coke quality had been improved.
