摘  要:针对中天合创能源有限责任公司化工分公司2^(#)汽轮机开机过程中出现的EH油压突降、油质恶化故障,从机组挂闸原理出发,查找出故障原因是由于仪表人员误将挂闸信号强制为已挂闸,使大量高压油返回EH油站,EH油泵超流量运行,导致母管压力下降,EH油箱底部沉积脏物被卷入系统。在正确完成静态试验后,可采取在线滤油和大修时清理油箱底部的处理方法,从源头杜绝EH油油质污染,确保机组长周期运行。In view of the sudden EH oil pressure drop and oil quality deterioration during the start-up of 2^(#) steam turbine of Chemical Branch of Zhongtian Hechuang Energy Co.,Ltd.,from the perspective of the unit tripping principle,it was found that the cause of the failure was that the instrument personnel mistakenly put the tripping signal to be forced tripping,which caused a large amount of high-pressure oil to return to the EH oil station.The EH oil pump operated at an excessive flow,resulting in a pressure drop of the main pipe,and dirty deposit at the bottom of the EH oil tank was carried into the system.After properly completing the static test,the treatment methods of on-line oil filtering and cleaning the bottom of oil tank during overhaul could be proposed to eliminate the EH oil contamination from the source and ensure the long-term operation of the unit.
