摘 要:气象数据对电网规划、电网建设、电网检修、负荷预测等业务开展具有重要作用,将存储于气象云的海量气象数据接入电力内网,并在此基础上开展气象数据与电网运行数据的挖掘应用是促进电网企业数字化转型发展的迫切需要,通过研究穿过电力端隔离装置实现气象信息实时接入技术,提出气象数据接入及其在各电力业务系统中共享的技术路径和实现模型,同时给出气象信息、地理信息、电网设备相结合进行关联分析的典型应用案例。应用结果表明,实时气象数据的接入及共享应用能够有效提升电网安全运行水平和精细化管理能力,可提供精准的气象预警。Meteorological data plays an important role in power grid planning,power grid construction,power grid maintenance,load forecasting and other business development.Connecting the massive meteorological data stored in the meteorological cloud with the power intranet.On this basis,the mining and application of meteorological data and power grid operation data is an urgent need to promote the digital transformation and development of power grid enterprises.Through studying a real-time access technology of meteorological information through the power terminal isolation device,proposes the technical path and implementation model of meteorological data access and its sharing in various power business systems.At the same time,a typical application case was given with the combination of meteorological information,geographic information,and power grid equipment for correlation analysis.The application results show that the access and sharing application of real time meteorological data can effectively improve the safe operation level and refined management capabilities of the power grid,and provide accurate meteorological early warning support for various majors.
