摘 要:针对目前智能变电站远动网关机,存在联调测试效率低,联调周期长,测试结果不可靠,现有对点装置测试配置工作量大,适用范围有限,无法测试过程层信息链路等问题,对基于全息扫描的远动信息自适应验收技术进行研究。基于站控层全息扫描通信制造报文规范(manufacturing message specification,MMS)仿真、过程层全息扫描、调度主站仿真等关键技术,实现监控信息、远动四遥信息的快速核对验收。以国产芯片为核心芯片设计了远动信息自适应验收装置,并且进行现场测试应用。测试结果表明所设计的远动信息自适应验收装置可自动测试智能变电站过程层信息、站控层信息、调度数据网信息及对应链路关系,有效解决了智能变电站远动调试中存在的问题,提升了厂站端和调度端调试效率。In view of the problems of low efficiency,long cycle and unreliable test results in the current joint debugging of the remote control network in smart substation,and the large workload of the existing point-topoint device test configuration,limited scope of application,and unable to test the process layer information link,the research on the adaptive acceptance technology of telecontrol information was carried out based on holographic scanning. On the basis of the key technologies of manufacturing message specification(MMS)simulation,process-level holographic scanning and master dispatching station simulation,the rapid verification and acceptance of monitoring information and telecontrol four-remote information were realized. The telecontrol information adaptive acceptance device was designed with the domestic chip as the core chip,and was tested and applied in the field. The field test shows that the designed telecontrol information adaptive acceptance device can automatically test the process layer information,station control layer information,dispatching data network information and corresponding link relationship of the smart substation,the problems existing in the remote debugging of the smart substation were effectively solved,and the debugging efficiency of the plant and the dispatching end were improved.
