摘　　要：伴随着我国民主法制建设的不断完善,检察侦查权作为一项体现检察机关的质的规定性权力在各个时期也不断进行调整与变化。新监察体制给检察机关侦查权带来了新变革,检察机关保留部分侦查权将是未来巩固检察机关法律监督地位的突破口与增长点。为此,本文围绕检察侦查权与法律监督的关系,从历史、理论、实践三个维度回顾了人民检察侦查权的形成发展过程,以期审视人民检察侦查权发展的当代问题。With the continuous improvement of China’s democratic and legal construction,the power of procuratorial investigation,as a prescriptive power reflecting the quality of the procuratorial organ,has been constantly adjusted and changed in various periods.The new supervision system has brought new changes to the procuratorial organs’ investigative power,and the procuratorial organs’ retention of part of its investigative powers will be a breakthrough and growth point for consolidating the procuratorial organs’ legal supervision status in the future.Focusing on the relationship between procuratorial investigation power and legal supervision,this paper deeply reviews the formation and development process of procuratorial investigation power from the three dimensions of history,theory and practice,in order to examine the contemporary problems of the development of procuratorial investigation power.
