摘 要:面向全域复杂环境下的明挖公路隧道与邻接地铁协同施工过程中事故致灾因素众多,相互之间的耦合关系也较为复杂。为满足施工安全管理的突出需求,首先,基于明挖公路隧道与邻接地铁协同施工主要风险事件特征分析及机理解析,构建了明挖公路隧道与邻接地铁协同施工风险耦合评价指标体系,明确了风险源及其耦合信息分析框架。其次,引入耦合度模型,基于各因素权重、风险值及功效,构建了明挖公路隧道与邻接地铁协同施工风险耦合综合评价模型,度量了风险耦合(因素相互作用)的程度。最后,采用理论与应用相结合的方法,结合深圳公常路明挖公路隧道与邻接地铁6号线支线协同施工项目,进行了实例分析,根据项目现场情况验证了模型的可行性。结果表明:同步施工因素参与耦合时,耦合度均较大,即同步施工因素对施工安全影响较大;同步施工和开挖二者耦合度最大,即邻接深基坑同步开挖风险耦合程度最为显著;施工中开挖、围护、降止水等技术方案的确定及施工现场管理均应注重考虑同步施工因素的影响;对于相邻深基坑同步开挖,应选取合理的施工组织与开挖工法,降低风险耦合作用,保障施工安全。In the process of collaborative construction of open cut highway tunnel and adjacent subway in the complex environment of the whole area,there are many factors causing accidents,and the coupling relationship between them is also complex.In order to meet the outstanding needs of construction safety management,first,based on the analysis of the main risk event characteristics and the mechanism of such collaborative construction,the evaluation indicator system of open cut highway tunnel and adjacent subway collaborative construction risk coupling is constructed,and the risk source and its coupling information analysis framework are clarified.Second,by introducing the coupling degree model,based on the weight,risk value and efficacy of each factor,the comprehensive evaluation model of such cooperative construction risk coupling is constructed,and the degree of risk coupling(factor interaction) is measured.Finally,combining theory and application,the case study on the collaborative construction project of Shenzhen Gongchang Road open cut highway tunnel and adjacent the branch line of Metro Line 6 is conducted,and the feasibility of the model is verified according to the field situation of the project.The result shows that(1) when synchronous construction factors participate in the coupling,their coupling degrees are large,that is,synchronous construction factors have great influence on construction safety;(2) the coupling degrees of synchronous construction and excavation are the largest,that is,the risk coupling degree of synchronous excavation of adjacent deep foundation pit is the most significant;(3) during construction,the influence of synchronous construction factors should be taken into account in the determination of technical schemes such as excavation,enclosure,water lowering and sealing and the management of construction site;(4) for the synchronous excavation of adjacent deep foundation pits,a reasonable construction organization and excavation method should be selected to reduce the risk coupling effect a
