摘 要:铁道机车车辆高速重载情况下,车轮损伤日益增多,行业内多采用镟修方法修复损伤车轮,造成了材料的大量浪费。本文利用激光熔覆再制造技术修复损伤车轮,采用动力学仿真软件SIMPACK确定熔覆车轮接触应力及其蠕滑特性,修正了现有基于磨耗数的损伤函数车轮损伤评估模型,并将之用于再制造车轮的损伤评估。建立了激光熔覆再制造车轮寿命评估模型,模型计算结果和车轮设计寿命基本吻合。Under high speed and heavy load conditions,wheel damage of railway locomotive and vehicle is increasing day by day,so the rotatory repair method is often used to repair the damaged wheel in the industry,resulting in a large amount of waste of materials.In this paper,the laser cladding remanufacturing technology is used to repair the damaged wheels and the contact stress and creep characteristics of the cladding wheels are determined by using the dynamic simulation software SIMPACK.The existing damage function model based on wear number is modified,and the model is applied to the damage assessment of the remanufactured wheels.The life evaluation model of laser cladding remanufactured wheel is established,and the calculated results are consistent with the design life of the wheel.
