摘　　要：本文介绍了三相永磁同步电动机短接后,对倾斜带式输送机下滑的辅助保护工作原理,通过对实际案例的计算,得出当逆止器失效后,满物料的带式输送机将以0.044m/s的速度匀速下滑,这种下滑速度不会对下端设备产生冲击,造成飞车事故,证明是一种有效的带式输送机辅助防下滑的方法,具有较好的推广价值。The paper introduces the auxiliary protection working principle to prevent the inclined belt conveyor from sliding when there is short circuit occurred in the three-phase permanent magnetic synchronous motor.Through the calculation of actual cases,it is found out that when the backstop is invalid and the belt conveyor full of materials will slide at the speed of 0.044m/s,which will not impact the bottom equipment to cause run-away slip.It is proved that it is an effective auxiliary anti-slide method for the belt conveyor,which has a good promotion value.
