摘  要:不等极弧结构可以有效地削弱电机的齿槽转矩,但会产生不平衡力,针对不等极弧结构电机引起的不平衡力的问题,首先采用解析法推导转子磁动势的谐波分量,并用有限元法对电机的不平衡力进行仿真,其次,对三维结构的模态进行分析,讨论了潜在共振点。然后,基于磁场调制机理对振动进行削弱,结果表明,不等极弧结构能够有效地削弱电机的齿槽转矩,但会产生其他低阶电磁力波,增加电机的振动,不等极弧结构电机改变永磁体形状后,能够显著削弱电机的振动加速度,同时削弱齿槽转矩。Unequal pole arc structure can effectively weaken the cogging torque of the motor,but it will produce unbalanced force.Aiming at the problem of unbalanced force caused by unequal pole arc structure motor,firstly,the harmonic component of rotor magnetomotive force is deduced by analytical method,and the unbalanced force of the motor is simulated by finite element method.Secondly,this paper analyzes the mode of three-dimensional structure,and discusses the potential resonance points.Then,the vibration is weakened based on the magnetic field modulation mechanism.The results show that the unequal pole arc structure can effectively weaken the cogging torque of the motor,but it will produce other low-order electromagnetic waves and increase the vibration of the motor.After the unequal pole arc structure motor rotor adopts the eccentric structure,it can significantly weaken the vibration acceleration and cogging torque of the motor.
