摘  要:框架断路器动触头电流和电动力分布不均,通过有限元分析研究触头系统的电动力。研究结果表明:两侧的触头片受到的电动斥力较大,中间的触头片受到的电动斥力较小;触头片受到向中间的吸力,且两侧的触头片受到的吸力大,中间的触头片受到的吸力小。Considering the imbalance of current distribution and electrodynamic force on contact system of the air circuit breaker,this paper introduces applying finite element analysis to calculate the electrodynamic force of contact system.The research results show that:the contact blades on both sides receive greater electrodynamic expelling force,and the middle contact blade receives smaller electrodynamic expelling force.The contact blades receive suction force toward the center,and the contact blades on both sides receive large suction force,and the middle contact blade receives small force.
