摘 要:本文中作者研制了一种车载试验U型铁心电抗器用于高压长电缆现场交流耐压试验。该电抗器采用U型铁心结构,使下部磁力线闭合,可以减少漏磁通穿过车厢钢板而产生的涡流损耗。用电磁仿真软件对电抗器的主磁通和漏磁场分布进行了仿真优化,降低了结构件的损耗和热点温升,提高了电抗器的Q值。经试验验证,该车载试验U型铁心电抗器性能符合设计要求,满足车载使用条件,有助于提高现场工作效率。A U-iron core reactor of On-vehicle test was developed for on-site AC voltage withstand test of high voltage long power cable. The reactor adopted U-iron core structure to close the lower magnetic field lines, which can reduce the eddy current loss caused by magnetic flux leakage through the steel plate of the carriage. The main magnetic flux and leakage magnetic field distribution of the reactor are simulated and optimized by electromagnetic simulation software, which reduces the loss of structural parts and the temperature rise of hot spots, and improves the Q-value of the reactor.The results show that the performance of the U-iron core reactor satisfied the design requirements, met the conditions of On-vehicle use, and helped to improve the work efficiency on site.
