摘 要:目的:探索不同习练水平的大学生进行不同遍次健身气功·五禽戏运动中和运动后的能量消耗特征。方法:72名18~30岁健康大学生,按习练水平分为熟练组(n=36,男18,女18)和初学组(n=36,男18,女18)。采用间接测热法测定受试者安静状态、习练1遍、连续2遍、连续3遍五禽戏运动中及运动后的能量消耗。并采用广义估计方程,比较不同习练水平下,不同性别大学生进行不同遍次五禽戏的运动强度、能量消耗和底物代谢特征。结果:(1)运动中代谢当量(METs):熟练组习练1、2或3遍五禽戏分别为3.18、3.13或3.28,初学组分别为3.12、2.97或3.20;熟练组和初学组不同遍次之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(2)运动后过量氧耗(EPOC):不同遍次之间熟练组显著高于初学组(P<0.05),男性显著高于女性(P<0.05);熟练组和初学组、男性和女性不同习练遍次之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(3)运动总能量消耗(TEE):不同遍次熟练组显著高于初学组(P<0.05),男性显著高于女性(P<0.05),熟练组和初学组连续2遍TEE显著低于其他遍次(P<0.05)。(4)底物代谢特征:熟练组与初学组相比,不同遍次呼吸商(RER)和脂肪供能比例无显著性差异(P>0.05),而熟练组连续3遍糖供能量和连续2遍脂肪供能量显著高于初学组(P<0.05)。男性习练1遍、连续2遍的糖供能量显著高于女性(P<0.05),男女间RER、脂肪供能比例无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:(1)五禽戏运动习练1、2或3遍均为低强度运动;(2)不同习练水平的大学生进行不同遍次五禽戏时,运动中和运动后的部分能量消耗特征不同,且一定程度上受性别影响;(3)长期规律性习练五禽戏,每次练习2~3遍可提高糖或脂肪代谢能力。Purpose To explore college students’ energy expenditure during and after practicing Health Qigong Wuqinxi with different intensities. Methods Seventy-two healthy college students aged18-30 were randomly divided into a skilled practice group(n=36,male 18,female 18) and a primary practice group(n=36, male 18, female 18) according to their level of exercise. Indirect calorimetry was used to measure the energy consumption of the subjects in the resting state,as well as during and after practicing Wuqinxi once, twice and three times consecutively. The generalized estimating equation was employed to compare the exercise intensity,energy expenditure,and substrate metabolism. Results(1) The average metabolic equivalent(METs) in exercise of the skilled practice group practiced Wuqinxi for 1,2,and 3 times was 3.18,3.13 and 3.28 respectively,showing no significant differences from that of the primary practice group(3.12,2.97 and 3.20).(2) Excess post-exercise oxygen consumption(EPOC) of the skilled practice group was significantly higher than the primary practice group all the time(P<0.05). Moreover, the average EPOC of the male was significantly higher than the female(P<0.05). However, no significant differences were observed between the 2 groups,and 2 genders with different exercise intensities(P>0.05).(3) The average total energy expenditure(TEE) of the skilled practice group was significantly higher than the primary practice group all the time(P<0.05). Moreover, the average TEE of the male was significantly higher than the female(P<0.05). Meanwhile,the average TEE was the lowest for both groups when the undergraduates practiced the Qigong twice(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the primary practice group,the skilled practice group had no significant difference in respiration exchange ratio(RER) and fat energy supply ratio in all conditions(P>0.05).
