摘 要:以重度损伤钢筋混凝土剪力墙为对象,研究其经加固修复后的抗震性能。将钢筋混凝土剪力墙塑性铰区范围的混凝土及各种钢筋替换,并在墙身侧面采用外包纤维增强复合材料(FRP)进行加固。在原有3个重度损伤剪力墙的基础上设计制作了3个构件:试件1为重度损伤现浇剪力墙修复试件(RW-1),加固纤维布采用玄武岩纤维布(BFRP);试件2为重度损伤普通连接预制叠合板剪力墙修复试件(RW-2),加固纤维布采用碳纤维布(CFRP);试件3为重度损伤U型筋连接预制叠合板剪力墙修复试件(RW-3),加固纤维布采用采用CFRP和BFRP混杂。对3个重度损伤剪力墙修复加固试件分别进行了低周往复加载实验,对比修复加固墙和原始墙的滞回曲线、骨架曲线、耗能能力、刚度退化等抗震性能,综合评价不同种类纤维布加固修复重度损伤剪力墙的有效性。研究结果表明:本文的加固修复方法能够恢复并提高重度损伤剪力墙的承载力、延性及耗能性能,延缓剪力墙刚度的退化,但在初始刚度上略低于原构件。CFRP加固修复重度损伤剪力墙和BFRP加固修复重度损伤剪力墙对于剪力墙承载力的恢复与提高作用相似,但BFRP加固修复重度损伤剪力墙的延性恢复作用要略强于CFRP加固修复的作用。In this paper, the seismic behaviors of repaired and strengthened severe damage reinforced concrete shear walls are studied. The concrete and steel bars in the plastic-hinge zone of severe damage reinforced concrete shear walls are replaced, and the repaired shear walls are strengthened with the fiber-reinforced polymers(FRP).Based on three severe damage shear walls, three test specimens are designed and fabricated. The first test specimen is the repaired severe damage cast-in-situ shear wall strengthened with basalt-fiber-reinforced polymer(BFRP)(RW-1). The second test specimen is the repaired severe damage precast composite shear wall strengthened with carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer(CFRP)(RW-2). The third test specimen is the repaired severe damage precast composite shear wall with the U-shaped vertical connection strengthened with BFRP and CFRP(RW-3). The quasi-static tests of three repaired and strengthened severe damage shear wall test specimens are carried out, and the hysteretic curves, skeleton curves, energy dissipation capacities and stiffness degradation of the three test specimens are obtained. The seismic behaviors of the repaired and strengthened shear walls and their corresponding original shear walls are compared, and the effectiveness of FRP for repairing and strengthening severe damage shear walls are evaluated. The test results show that the repaired and strengthened method can restore and raise the bearing capacity, ductility and energy dissipation ability of the damaged shear wall, and delay the stiffness degradation of the damaged shear wall, but the initial stiffness of the repaired and strengthened damaged shear wall is slightly lower than that of the original shear wall. The effect of CFRP and BFRP on the recovery of bearing capacity of shear wall is similar, but effect of BFRP on the recovery of ductility of shear wall is stronger than effect of CFRP.
