摘  要:本文针对高烈度区户内变电站的抗震设计面临的问题,对其抗震设防目标以及相应的设计方法进行了深入的研究。首先,系统比较了现行规范体系对电力建(构)筑物和电气设施的抗震设防目标、设防分类标准、地震作用、抗震设计方法的不同规定,明确其差异;其次,根据户内变电站抗震防灾中的实际需求,结合现行规范体系规定的电气设施及电力建(构)筑物抗震设防目标的差异与联系,确定了高烈度区户内变电站“小震不坏,中震供电不中断,大震供电可恢复”的抗震设防目标;最后,结合本文提出的抗震设防目标,提出了高烈度区户内变电站的“三阶段抗震设计”方法,并给出了相应的设计流程。Focusing on the issues in the seismic design of substations in high seismic intensity zonations, the comprehensive research on its seismic precautionary criterion and the corresponding seismic design method is carried out. Firstly, the difference of seismic precautionary criterions, seismic fortification categories, earthquake actions and seismic design methods between structures and electrical facilities stipulated in current code systems are compared and clarified. Secondly, the seismic precautionary criterion of substations in high seismic intensity zonations is proposed considering its actual demands in earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction and the rules on the seismic precautionary criterions of structures and electrical facilities in current code systems. Finally, the seismic design method of substations in high seismic intensity zonations is put forward according to the proposed seismic precautionary criterions, and the corresponding design process is given.
