摘 要:本文对36个拔出试件进行了拉拔试验,研究了全轻页岩陶粒混凝土与钢筋的粘结性能,并提出了适用于计算全轻页岩陶粒混凝土与带肋钢筋极限粘结强度的改进表达式.研究结果表明:当锚固长度为5倍钢筋直径时,HRB400、HRB500钢筋与全轻页岩陶粒混凝土的极限粘结强度无明显区别;钢筋直径越大,极限粘结强度越低;利用改进后的全轻页岩陶粒混凝土与带肋钢筋极限粘结强度表达式计算所得理论值与实测值吻合较好.In this paper, 36 pull-out specimens were tested to study the bonding performance between all-light shale ceramsite concrete and ribbed steel bars, and an improved formula for calculating the ultimate bonding strength between all-light shale ceramsite concrete and ribbed steel bars was presented. The research results show that when the anchorage length is 5 times of the rebar diameter, the ultimate bond strength between HRB400, HRB500 steel bars and all-light shale ceramsite concrete has no significant difference;the larger the steel bar diameter, the lower the ultimate bond strength. The theoretical value of the revised calculation method for the ultimate bond strength between all-light shale ceramsite concrete and ribbed steel bars is in good agreement with the measured value.
