摘 要:在“双碳”目标下,建筑领域推进近零能耗建筑发展已成为趋势.本文借助实例,基于《近零能耗建筑技术标准》与基准建筑进行比较,对被动式、主动式和可再生能源利用3项技术的节能性和经济性进行了分析,研究了严寒地区近零能耗建筑的技术经济性.结果表明:严寒地区近零能耗建筑的一次能源节能率为82.85%,节能优势明显;在经济方面,可再生能源技术的增量成本比被动式和主动式技术高;在可再生能源系统中,太阳能光热系统的增量成本占比最大.Under the goal of "double carbon", it has become a trend to promote the development of near-zero energy consumption buildings in the construction field. With the help of examples, based on the comparison between the Technical Standard of Near-zero Energy Consumption Building and the benchmark building, this paper analyzes the energy saving and economy of passive, active and renewable energy utilization technology, and studies the technical economy of near-zero energy consumption buildings in cold areas. The analysis results show that the primary energy saving rate of near-zero energy building in cold area is 82.85%, and the energy saving advantage is obvious.In terms of economy, the incremental cost of renewable energy technology is higher than that of passive and active technologies, and the incremental cost of solar photothermal system accounts for the largest proportion in renewable energy systems.
