摘  要:拖牵索道是滑雪场常见的一种重要的游客输送设备,其安全可靠的运行对于游客及滑雪场至关重要,而高效准确的设计决定了拖牵索道的固有可靠性。计算机辅助设计是当前机械设计中的主流方法,在拖牵索道的设计阶段,对其驱动系统综合利用三维建模、动力学及有限元分析等方法有利于提高设计效率。本文首先利用Solidworks软件建立了驱动装置的三维模型,然后利用ADAMS仿真软件对其进行运动学仿真,最后分析其载荷状态,为拖牵索道的设计提供了一种辅助验证手段。Towing ropeway is a common and important tourist transport equipment in ski resorts.Safe and reliable operation is very important for tourists and ski resorts,and efficient and accurate design determines the inherent reliability of towing cableway.CAD is the mainstream method in the current mechanical design.In the design stage of the towing ropeway,the comprehensive use of three-dimensional modeling,dynamics and finite element analysis for its drive system is conducive to improving the design efficiency and accuracy.Firstly,the three-dimensional model of the driving device is established by using Solidworks software,and then the kinematics simulation is carried out by using ADAMS simulation software.Finally,the load state is analyzed,which provides an auxiliary means for the design of towing cableway.
