摘  要:天然气场站是输气管道系统重要的组成部分。本文对场站管道的损伤机理进行了分析,识别了站内管道潜在的损伤机理,提出了针对性的检测方法。并结合实际检验情况,对检验策略进行了验证。结果表明,在天然气场站采用基于损伤模式的检验方法是可行的,既可以降低管道的本质风险,又可以优化检验资源配置,为今后天然气站内管道的标准化检验,积累了一定的技术支撑。Natural gas station is an important part of gas transmission pipeline system.In this paper,the damage mechanism of station pipeline is analyzed.The potential damage mechanism of pipeline in the station is identified,a targeted detection method is proposed.Combined with the actual inspection situation,the inspection strategy is verified.The results show that the inspection method based on damage mode is feasible in natural gas stations.It can not only reduce the risk of essential of the pipeline,but also optimize the resources allocation of inspection.It has accumulated certain technical support for the standardized inspection of pipelines in natural gas stations in the future.
