摘　　要：影响蔗渣炉节能运行的因素众多,蔗渣水分是其中一个常见的指标,在生产过程中因工艺的原因,该指标随生产的波动而改变。如何可靠地对其进行控制,是保证锅炉稳定、经济运行的必要手段。本文通过近些年对糖厂蔗渣水分的化验数据结果来讨论蔗渣水分波动参数对蔗渣锅炉的节能影响,为蔗渣锅炉节能运行提供理论依据,有一定的实际应用价值。There are many factors affecting the energy-saving operation of the bagasse boilers.Bagasse moisture is a common index,in the production process it often changes with the fluctuation of production due to the reason of process.How to control the bagasse moisture timely and reliably is the key way to ensure the stable and economic operation of the bagasse boiler.Based on the laboratory data on bagasse moisture for many years,this paper discusses that the impact of bagasse moisture fluctuation parameters on energy-saving of bagasse-fire boiler,provides a theoretical basis for the energy-saving operation of a bagasse boiler in sugar factory,and has a higher practical application value.
