摘　　要：在我国农业水利工程当中,中小型泵站是十分重要的一类工程项目,可以有效发挥调供水、灌溉以及防洪等作用。而中小型泵站的运行管理水平,对农业水利灌溉等相关功能的发挥具有重要影响,因此,在农业水利工程建设过程当中,需要对泵站的良好运行加以维护,使泵站具有的灌溉效益得到充分发挥,以此来全面提高泵站运行管理水平。本文针对农业水利工程中小型泵站运行管理存在的问题进行分析,并提出具体的解决对策,希望能够为相关工作人员提供一些参考和借鉴。In China’s agricultural water conservancy projects, small and medium-sized pumping stations are very important projects,which can effectively play the role of water supply, irrigation and flood control. The operation and management level of small and mediumsized pump stations has an important impact on the play of agricultural water conservancy irrigation and other related functions. Therefore,during the construction of agricultural water conservancy projects, it is necessary to maintain the good operation of the pump station, so that the irrigation benefits of the pump station can be fully played, so as to comprehensively improve the operation and management level of the pump station. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the operation and management of small and medium-sized pump stations in agricultural water conservancy projects, and puts forward specific solutions, hoping to provide some reference for relevant staff.
