摘　　要：设置合理的安全库存量可显著降低公司供应链中的持有成本。本文中基于ABC分析法对目前A公司的产品进行分类管理,利用传统方法以及非参数核估计法计算安全库存。以A公司2018年1月至2019年6月产品库存数据为样本,验证方法的有效性,非参数核估计法计算得出的安全值比传统方法降低18%。Setting a reasonable safety stock can significantly reduce the holding cost in the company′s supply chain. In this paper, the products of A company are classified based on ABC method, and the safety stock is calculated by traditional and nonparametric kernel estimation method, respectively. Taking A company′s product inventory data from January 2018 to June 2019, the safety value calculated by the nonparametric kernel estimation method is 18% lower than that of the traditional method.
