摘 要:目前,对普通胶合木梁的研究已较成熟,对小跨高比胶合木梁也有一定的研究,但研究结果表明小跨高比胶合木梁的抗弯性能较差。为研究钢板加固小跨高比落叶松胶合木梁的抗弯性能及抗弯极限承载力的计算,课题组前期对3根底部粘贴钢板加固的小跨高比胶合木梁进行了三分点弯曲试验研究。试验结果表明:钢板增强胶合木梁发生顺纹剪切脆性破坏,其抗弯极限承载力略微有些提高,但揭示了底部粘贴钢板对小跨高比胶合木梁的抗弯性能提高效果不佳。虽效果不佳,但有一定的提高。因此,底部粘贴钢板作为一种最简单且易施工的加固方式,对其承载力研究也具有一定的意义。最后,基于一种极限应变分析方法,提出了一个钢板增强小跨高比胶合木梁抗弯极限承载力的计算公式,并根据该公式计算的理论值与试验中测的实测值的对比分析,认为该公式较为合理,可为已建胶合木梁构件的加固抗弯承载力计算提供理论计算依据。At present, the research on ordinary glulam beams has been relatively mature, and there are also some research on glulam beams with span-to-height ratio, but the research results show that the bending performance of glulam beams with small span-to-height ratio is poor. To study the flexural performance and calculation of flexural ultimate bearing capacity of steel plate reinforced glulam beams with small span-to-height ratio, in the early stage, a total of 3 reinforced with steel plates on the bottom of glulam beams were tested. The experimental results showed that the specimens are shear brittle failure along the grain and its flexural ultimate bearing capacity is slightly improved, but it reveals that the effect of sticking steel plate at the bottom on improving the flexural performance of small span-to-height ratio glulam is not good. Although the effect is not good, it has been improved to a certain extent. Therefore, as one of the most simple and easy reinforcement methods, the research on its bearing capacity is also of certain significance. Finally,Based on the limit strain analysis method, a formula for calculating the flexural ultimate bearing capacity of steel plate reinforced glulam beams with small span-to-height ratio is proposed. According to the comparative analysis between the theoretical value and the measured value, it is considered that the formula is more reasonable and can provide a theoretical calculation basis for the calculation of flexural bearing capacity of strengthened glulam beams.
