基于Delmia的虚拟仿真技术在147实作培训中的应用探究

摘　　要：当前147机构在实作培训中存在效率低、成本高、效果差的问题。以147实作培训中绕机检查项目为例,利用Delmia软件构建虚拟维修场景,根据绕机路线及站点设置流程仿真逻辑图,编辑人员动作并进行维修流程仿真。将仿真优化后的结果形成动画、视频等资源可以普适不同机型的模块化教学,使项目培训具有标准化、统一化、可复制化的特点,又可节约培训成本、提高学习效率。At present, 147 institutions have the problems of low efficiency, high cost and poor effect in practical training. Taking the inspection project of winding aircraft in 147 practical training as an example, the virtual maintenance scene was constructed by Delmia software. According to the aircraft winding route and station setting the logic diagram of process simulation, the human actions were edited and the maintenance process was simulated. The results of simulation optimization into animation, video and other resources can be universal modular teaching of different aircraft models, so that the project training has the characteristics of standardization, unification and replicability, and can save training costs and improve learning efficiency.
