摘　　要：目的:从现行执业药师资格制度及考试方式设置层面进行分析,以期完善执业药师资格制度,助力解决当前执业药师紧缺困境。方法:通过剖析目前我国执业药师的现状及医药领域行业差异,分析现行执业药师资格制度存在的不足。结果:我国现行执业药师资格制度及考试方式存在着问题和局限性,“一刀切”的考试方式和选拔模式难以有效解决目前执业药师紧缺局面,需充分考虑医药领域行业的差异与差别。可根据医药领域行业实际差异和需求情况加以改进和完善,制定差异化的选拔方式,有效解决目前执业药师短缺局面。结论:通过差异化设置执业药师考试科目,分类注册的方式,能够更合理地选拔人才,有效缓解执业药师紧缺问题,人尽其才,助力行业良性发展。Objective:To improve the licensed pharmacist qualifi cation system and solve the shortage of licensed pharmacists by reforming the current licensed pharmacists qualification system and examination methods.Methods:To analyze the defi ciencies of the current licensed pharmacists qualifi cation system by examining the current situation of licensed pharmacists and the diff erences in medical fi eld.Results:The qualifi cation system and examination methods of licensed pharmacist in China have many limitations and disadvantages,the differences in the medicine field has not been full considered.The“one-size-fits-all”examination mode and selection mode making it diffi cult to eff ectively solve the problem of current licensed pharmacists shortage.It is necessary to improve and perfect the selection method according to the actual diff erences and demands of the pharmaceutical industry as soon as possible,can eff ectively solve the current shortage of licensed pharmacists.Conclusion:The method of diff erentiated setting of licensed pharmacist examination subjects and classifi ed registration can more reasonably select talents and eff ectively alleviate the shortage of licensed pharmacists.At the same time,the pharmacists can play their role and help the benign development of the pharmaceutical industry.
