摘  要:构建层级清晰的综合交通枢纽集群,是我国建设国际性综合交通枢纽集群的有效支撑,也是统筹推进国家立体交通网规划建设的重要保障。基于交通枢纽集群客流特征及《国家综合立体交通网规划纲要》提出的“全国123出行交通圈”建设目标,本文以时间成本最小化为目标,枢纽服务能力、通行时间与客流流向为约束条件,构建了综合交通枢纽集群空间布局分级模型,并利用遗传-变邻域算法求解。以成渝地区双城经济圈为例的研究表明,布局方案与枢纽集群空间发展、城际交通网规划和人口发展一致,证明了方法的可行性。The construction of comprehensive transportation hubs with clear levels is an effective support for the construction of international comprehensive transportation hubs in China,which is also the primary guarantee for the overall planning and construction of comprehensive national transport network.Based on Hierarchical Facility Location Problem(HFLP),the characteristics of passenger flow in transport-hub clusters and the construction goal of“1-2-3 travel range”proposed in the guidelines on developing comprehensive transport network.With the objective of minimizing the travel time cost,the constraint conditions of hub service capacity,travel time and passenger flow direction,the hierarchical layout optimization model of comprehensive transport-hub clusters was constructed.The Genetic-Variable Neighborhood algorithm was used to solve the model.A case study of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle shows that the layout scheme is consistent with the spatial layout of urban agglomeration,intercity transportation network planning and population development,which proves the feasibility of the method.
