基于改进PSR模型的区域物流承载力实证研究

摘　　要：为促进区域物流承载力提升,基于“压力(Pressure)-状态(State)-响应(Response)”模型从施压力(Pressure)、承压力(Support)和调控力(Adjust)三个方面构建区域物流承载力的综合评价指标体系,使用主客观相结合的综合赋权法确定各指标权重,以陕西省为研究对象,构建P-S-A评价模型对其2010—2019年的区域物流承载力演化过程进行分析。结果显示:2010-2019年间,陕西省区域物流施压力、承压力均呈稳步上升趋势。调控力呈先下降后上升的“U”型发展趋势,但总体水平下降。陕西省区域物流承载力水平呈“V”型波动发展趋势,总体实现了增长,但增幅较小且整体水平不高。最后,提出陕西省区域物流承载力提升的相关建议。To facilitate regional logistics carrying capacity,a comprehensive evaluation index system for regional logistics carrying capacity is constructed from three aspects:pressure,support and adjustment based on the Pressure-State-Response model.The comprehensive weighting method is used to determine the weight of each indicator.Taken Shaanxi province as the research object,the P-S-A evaluation model is constructed to analyze the evolution process of regional logistics carrying capacity of 2010-2019.The results show that from 2010 to 2019,the pressure and support force of regional logistics in Shaanxi province have shown a steady upward trend.The regulatory power showed a U-shaped development trend of first decline and then rise,but the overall level declined.The regional logistics carrying capacity of Shaanxi province showed a V-shaped fluctuating development trend,and the overall growth was achieved,but the increase was small and the overall level was not high.Finally,it puts forward relevant suggestions on the improvement of regional logistics carrying capacity in Shaanxi province.
