陕西省“信用交通省”发展政策建议

摘　　要：交通运输行业点多线长面多,是涉及国计民生的基础性行业,加快推动交通运输信用体系建设,让其走在前列、当好先行,是完善交通运输现代市场体系,推动行业放管服改革的重要抓手。“信用交通省”建设是行业管理的重要载体和手段,本文从陕西省“信用交通省”建设的工作机制、平台搭建、信息归集、信用评价、信用应用、信用宣传六方面,全面阐述了陕西省“信用交通”建设的发展现状,提出了陕西省“信用交通省”建设存在的问题,并从组织领导、统筹协调、顶层设计、支持保障、监督共治、宣传教育等方面提出相关政策建议。Transportation industry is a basic industry involving the national economy and people’s livelihood.Speeding up the construction of the transportation credit system and making it take the lead is an important starting point for improving the modern market system of transportation and promoting the reform of industry decentralization,regulation and service."Credit Transportation Province"construction is the important carrier and method of industry management,this paper comprehensively expounds the development status of"Credit Transportation Province"construction in Shaanxi Province from six aspects:working mechanism,platform building,information collection,credit evaluation,credit application and credit publicity,puts forward the problems existing in the construction of"Credit Transportation Province"in Shaanxi Province,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions from the aspects of organization and leadership,overall planning and coordination,top-level design,support and guarantee,supervision and co-governance,publicity and education.
