摘  要:针对云南电网超低频振荡问题,对电力系统稳定器(power system stabilizer,PSS)(型号PSS4B)和调速器侧电力系统稳定器(governor PSS,GPSS)附加阻尼控制用于抑制超低频振荡时的特点和效果进行对比分析。首先建立基于单机带负荷无穷大系统的小干扰分析模型,然后以云南电网某大型水电机组为算例,得到机组低频振荡和超低频振荡模式间的同源关系,最后通过特征根轨迹对比分析PSS4B和GPSS2种附加阻尼控制用于抑制超低频振荡时的特点和效果差异。所得的结论对云南电网采取哪种附加阻尼控制用于优化一次调频和抑制超低频振荡具有参考价值。Aiming at the ultra-low frequency oscillation problem of Yunnan power grid,this paper compares and analyzes the characteristics and effects of two additional damping control types of power system stabilizer PSS4B and governor side power system stabilizer(GPSS)for suppressing ultra-low frequency oscillation.It firstly establishes a small disturbance analysis model based on a single generator with load accessing to the infinite-bus system.Then,taking a large hydro-power unit in Yunnan power grid as an example,it calculates and obtains the homologous relationship between the low frequency oscillation and the ultra-low frequency oscillation mode of the unit.The characteristics and effects of PSS4B and GPSS for suppressing ultra-low frequency oscillation are compared through the characteristic root locus curves.The conclusions have reference value for deciding which additional damping control should be adopted in Yunnan power grid to optimize primary frequency modulation and suppress ultra-low frequency oscillation.
