摘 要:高温高压井APR试油测试作业在储层改造、放喷测试等工况下井筒压力、温度会改变,APR试油测试管柱的长度会随着井筒环境的变化而发生改变,为了保障管柱在作业期间受力稳定,有时需要在管柱中设置伸缩管来补偿管柱的长度变化,因此,有必要对伸缩管在管柱中的工作机理进行系统的分析总结。文章从RTTS封隔器工作原理、性能包络线等方面阐释了伸缩管对封隔器保持有效坐封的影响,计算了伸缩管设置对管柱三轴应力强度安全系数的影响,最后分析了伸缩管对液压旁通阀工作的影响。通过现场实例分析,验证了伸缩管的设置应主要以液压旁通在井下的工作和提高管柱三轴应力强度安全系数为出发点,而以保持RTTS封隔器有效初始坐封压重为目的的做法不符合实际情况。分析结论对优化高温高压APR试油测试管柱中伸缩管的数量和下入深度、保持管柱的强度安全和井下测试工具的可靠性具有很好的指导作用。The wellbore pressure and temperature will change during the APR oil testing operation of HTHP wells under the conditions of reservoir reconstruction,blowout testing,etc.The length of the APR oil testing string will change with the change of the wellbore environment.In order to ensure the stability of the string during the operation,it is sometimes necessary to set a slip-joint in the string to compensate for the length change of the string.Therefore,it is necessary to systematically analyze and summarize the working mechanism of the slip-joint in the string.This paper explains the influence of the slip-joint on the effective setting of the RTTS packer from the aspects of the working principle and performance envelope of the RTTS packer,calculates the influence of the slip-joint setting on the safety factor of the triaxial stress strength of the string,and finally analyzes the influence of the slip-joint on the operation of the hydraulic bypass valve.Through the analysis of field examples,it is verified that the setting of slip-joint should be mainly based on the work of hydraulic bypass in the well and the improvement of the safety factor of triaxial stress strength of the pipe string,while the practice aimed at maintaining the effective initial setting pressure weight of RTTS packer does not conform to the actual situation.The analysis conclusion has a good guiding role in optimizing the number and running depth of slip-joints in HTHP APR oil testing string,maintaining the strength safety of the string and the reliability of downhole testing tools.
