摘  要:目前深层页岩气井普遍采用可溶桥塞进行封隔以实现储层分段改造,受桥塞不溶解物、岩屑、地层出砂等因素影响,压裂后排液时还需进行连续油管带压扫塞通井以确保井筒清洁。威荣深层页岩气井压裂后连续油管扫塞通井面临井口压力高、沉砂、桥塞不溶物等工况,易导致卡钻、爆管等复杂情况,影响作业安全和时效。为解决上述问题,文章开展了连续油管高压扫塞通井难点分析、工具及管柱结构优化、工作液体系优化、连续油管扫塞及配套技术优化等方面的研究,形成了满足威荣深层页岩气井的连续油管高压扫塞通井关键技术和配套工艺措施。该技术在威荣区块现场应用10余井次,安全快速地实现了压裂后的井筒清洁,缩短了扫塞通井的时间,提高了扫塞通井作业效率,为威荣深层页岩气安全高效开发提供了技术支撑,可在类似深层页岩气井推广应用。Deep shale gas is generally used with soluble bridge plug for segmental fracturing.Affected by bridge plug solubility,debris and sand discharge,coiled tubing is needed to mill and drift during displacing fluid after fracturing.Due to the severe working conditions such as high wellhead pressure,sand sediment,and bridge plug insoluble material,etc of Weirong Block,lead to the complications as pipe stuck or explosion occurred,which influenced operation safety and efficiency.To solve the above problem,this paper analyzed the difficulty of milling and drifting,optimized the tool and string structure,working fluid,and related technical measurements,formed the key technology and supporting process measures.It has been applied in more than 10 wells to clean wellbore with higher efficiency and shorter time.It provides technical support for the safe development of Weirong deep shale gas,which can be promoted and applied in similar deep shale gas wells.
