摘 要:合水油田是典型的低渗透油田,油井均有结蜡现象,特别是长6和长6深层具有析蜡点高、结蜡深度深的特性。文章基于温度梯度产生的扩散沉积速度和旋转平移运动产生的剪切沉积速度推导出蜡的沉积速度模型,基于油井生产时井筒温度分布数学模型推导出油井的结蜡点,从而计算出蜡结晶的厚度及结晶点的深度位置。从原油色谱试验分析,判定该区块油井结蜡为微晶蜡,结蜡深度超过1000 m,故热洗清蜡措施不能完全解决油井结蜡的问题。针对合水油田研究的井组油套管电热清蜡技术,利用原井中的油管、套管做热源体,加热油井内的液流,清除油井结蜡,具有加热深度不受限制、使用寿命长、成本低等优点,解决了合水油田微晶蜡、深层油井的结蜡难题,形成了一套新的清蜡工艺技术。通过现场应用,该技术能够有效地清除油管及油套环空的蜡环,且具有良好的经济效益,对低渗透油田清蜡具有一定的借鉴意义。The Heshui oilfield is a typical low permeability oilfield,and all wells have wax formation,especially the Chang 6 and Chang 6 deep layers have the characteristics of high wax precipitation point and deep wax formation depth.The article deduces the wax deposition rate model based on the diffusive deposition rate generated by temperature gradient and the shear deposition rate generated by rotational translational motion,and the wax formation point of oil wells based on the mathematical model of wellbore temperature distribution during production,thus,the thickness of wax crystallization and the depth position of the crystallization point were calculated.From the analysis of the crude oil chromatography test,it was determined that the wax crystallization in the oil wells in this block was microcrystalline wax,and the crystallization depth exceeded 1000 m.Therefore,the hot cleaning measures could not completely solve the problem of wax deposition in oil wells.For the Heshui oilfield well group of tubing and casing electrothermal wax clearing technology,using the original well tubing and casing as the heat source to heat the fluid in the well to remove the well wax.This method has the advantages of unrestricted heating depth,long service life,and low cost,etc.,which can solve the problems of Heshui oilfield microcrystalline wax and deep oil well waxing,forming a new wax cleaning technology.Through field application,the technology can effectively remove the wax rings in the tubing and casing annular,and has good economic benefits,having certain reference significance for wax cleaning in low permeability oil fields.
