摘  要:造纸白泥是制浆造纸厂碱回收过程产生的一般工业固体废弃物,主要成分是碳酸钙。在当前国家不断加强矿产资源保护的形势下,造纸白泥可作为替代石灰石的宝贵资源进行利用。本研究基于对广西南宁、来宾、柳州、钦州等地主要制浆企业(调研企业制浆产能合计占广西2020年制浆企业总产能70%以上)的实地调研结果,分析了广西典型造纸白泥的主要成分、实际产生和利用情况。通过分析广西造纸白泥工业化利用过程存在的主要问题,从技术、标准和政策等方面提出解决措施和建议,旨在为推动造纸白泥工业化利用提供参考。Papermaking white mud from alkali recovery in papermaking process is a general industrial solid waste,and its main component is calcium carbonate.Under the current situation that the strategy of protecting mineral resources is being enphasized continuously,papermaking white mud can be used as a valuable resource to replace limestone.This study analyzed the characteristics,actual generation,and utilization of typical papermaking white mud in Guangxi based on the field investigation results of major pulp enterprises in Nanning,Laibin,Liuzhou,and Qinzhou(the total pulping capacities of investigated enterprises accounted for more than 70%of the total capacities of all pulp enterprises in Guangxi in 2020).Through analyzing main problems existing in current industrialized utilization of papermaking white mud,countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of technologies,standards,and policies were put forward in order to provide reference for promoting the com⁃prehensive utilization of papermaking white mud.
