摘 要:研究了6种金属离子(Ca^(2+)、Cu^(2+)、Fe^(2+)、Fe^(3+)、Mn^(2+)及Mg^(2+))对竹溶解浆Fock反应性能的影响,再利用HCl单独酸处理及引入螯合剂二乙烯三胺五乙酸(DTPA)的酸处理,探讨了pH值及DTPA用量对竹溶解浆Fock反应性能、灰分、白度及聚合度等的影响。结果表明,浆中的金属离子,尤其是铁离子,显著降低竹溶解浆的Fock反应性能。降低pH值有利于竹溶解浆反应性能的提高,与此同时,竹浆灰分含量及聚合度逐渐降低,白度不断提高。在最佳pH值3.0的环境下,Fock反应性能由未处理时的68.3%提高至72.7%,而酸处理进一步联合DTPA对提高反应性能的效果甚微。The effects of Ca^(2+),Cu^(2+),Fe^(2+),Fe^(3+),Mn^(2+)and Mg^(2+)on Fock reactivity of bamboo dissolving pulp were studied.Using acid-alone treatment and then introducing the diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid(DTPA)into the acid treatment to process dissolving pulp,the effects of pH value and DTPA amount on Fock reactivity,ash content,brightness and polymerization degree were investigated.For dissolving pulp,metal ions,especially iron ions,significantly deteriorated the reactivity of bamboo dissolving pulp.Decreasing pH value was beneficial to improve reactivity of bamboo dissolving pulp.In the meantime,the ash content and polymerization degree of bamboo pulp decreased gradually,and the whiteness increased continuously.Under the optimum pH value of 3.0,Fock reactivity increased from 68.3%to 72.7%,while further acid treatment combined with DTPA had very little effect on improving Fock reactivity.
