摘 要:中国社会进入新发展阶段,数字经济高速发展,并与实体经济深度融合。在新发展格局下,研究跨境电商平台对中小企业“走出去”的赋能机制,探索中小企业国际竞争力的提升路径,有着重要的理论价值和现实意义。文章指出通过跨境电商平台使中小企业能够补充关键资源、促进价值创造模式创新和价值链重构。为增强中小企业国际竞争力,应鼓励跨境电商平台企业为中小企业量身定制“数字化出海”服务新模式,通过帮助中小企业集聚人才、技术和资金等关键资源,进一步提升中小企业数字化转型内生动力,实现跨境模式创新、产品创新和国际品牌塑造。Since entering the new development stage, China is now undergoing its rapid growth of digital economy and its overall integration with the entity economy. Facing the new development paradigm, it has important theoretical value and practical significance to study the enabling mechanism of cross-border e-commerce(CBEC) platforms for small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) to go abroad and explore the path to enhance the SMEs’ international competitiveness. This article points out that participating in CBEC platforms enables SMEs to access key resources, promote innovation of value creation mode and carry out value chain reconstruction. In order to enhance the international competitiveness of SMEs, we should encourage CBEC platform enterprises to customize the new service mode of “digital going out” for SMEs.By helping SMEs to further gather key resources such as talents, technology and capital, so as to realize cross-border mode creation, product innovation and international brand building by enhancing the endogenous power of the digital transformation of SMEs.
