南南合作视角下“中非合作论坛”应对气候变化的举措和特点

摘　　要：“中非合作论坛”历来关注因气候变化导致的可持续性发展议题,“中非合作论坛”应对气候变化的合作方式和特点,是世界看待新时代南南合作应对全球性问题的一个重要视角。2021年“中非合作论坛”第八届部长会议通过的《中非应对气候变化合作宣言》是中非在共建更加紧密的人类命运共同体议题下就自身发展和联合国可持续发展议题提出的重要举措,也是中非在气候问题上的全球性立场,更集中体现了发展中国家对气候变化问题的关注。中国与非洲在“中非合作论坛”下应对气候变化的合作路径,体现了中非命运共同体的理念和价值,也反映出中非在应对全球性问题上的合作趋势。“中非合作论坛”应对气候变化的努力,既基于发展中国家的发展水平和特点,也体现出发展中国家在可持续发展议题下的国际合作趋势和价值导向。FOCAC has always focused on the sustainable development issues caused by climate change.The measures and characteristics of FOCAC on climate change are an important perspective for the world to see the South-South cooperation on global issues in the new era.The Declaration on China-Africa Cooperation on Combating Climate Change,adopted at the eighth ministerial meeting of the FOCAC in 2021,is an important initiative for China and Africa concerning their own development and the sustainable development of the United Nations under the theme of jointly building a closer community with a shared future for mankind.It is also China-Africa’s global position on climate issues,which more closely reflects the concerns of developing countries on climate change.The approach of China-Africa to climate reflects the concepts and values of China-Africa community with a shared future,as well as the trend of China-Africa cooperation on global issues.China-Africa cooperation on climate change reflects the development level and characteristics of developing countries and the trend and value orientation of international cooperation among developing countries on sustainable development issues.
