摘 要:对精英高校大学生集聚的某网络社群民族志和案例资料进行扎根理论分析,结果发现:由于陷入专业选择和理想规划之惑、学业和求职就业之困,当事人的自我认同相继破碎,面临成年初始期的自我同一性危机;其后在家庭期待、现实生活情境、网络社群等条件干预下,他们选择转换赛道、自我调整以寻求学习的乐趣、逃离现有评价体系等策略来应对困境,在协调多重现实中艰难重塑自我认同。改善基础教育与高等教育、高等教育与劳动力市场之间的文化衔接,或许能有效消解自我认同建构的体制性障碍。Based on the grounded theory analysis of the ethnography and case data,the results showed that elite university students faced the crisis of self-identity in emerging adulthood,because of the confusion of major selection and career planning,the setbacks in study and career,and their broken self-identity.Under the intervention of family expectations,real life situations,online communities and other conditions,they chose to change the course,self-adjustment,escape from the existing evaluation system and other strategies to cope with the dilemma.Improving the cultural connection between basic education and higher education,and between higher education and labor market,may effectively remove the institutional barriers of self-identity construction.
