美术人才培养体系探索——以广州美术学院新文科建设为中心  

Exploration of the System of Nurturing Art Talents: the Efforts of the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts to Develop New Liberal Arts

摘　　要：在建设新文科的时代诉求下,如何结合时代发展需求、立足自身优势为未来培养艺术与设计人才,成为今天高等美术院校共同面对的挑战。本文以广州美术学院为中心,对新文科视域下艺术人才的培养方案进行考察,通过梳理历史沿革与具体举措,认为针对新局势,广州美院形成了把握时代脉搏,关注社会需求,以产、学、研相结合的美术与设计教育为区域经济社会发展服务的鲜明办学特色;广州美院的教学经验和发展规划,呈现了艺术教育在改革教学制度、结合时代与社会需求、明确自身定位等方面的重要性,为新时代探索并实践全新的人才培养体系提供有益借鉴。To respond to the call of the times to develop new liberal arts,it is a common challenge for today’s fine arts universities and colleges to nurture talents in art and design while taking into consideration their own strengths and the need of development in this era.This paper,taking the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts as an example,analyzes the plan of nurturing art talents from the perspective of new liberal arts.Through sorting out changes in the past and specifie measures,it believes that the Academy boasts a distinctive school-running feature of following the trend of the times,understanding the need of social development and contributing to regional economic and social development through art and design education that highlights the joint efforts of enterprises,universities and research institutes.The Academy’s teaching experience and development plan make clear the important role of art education in reforming teaching system,combining the needs of the times and society and understanding its own roles,providing useful experience for exploring and putting in place a brand new system of talent cultivation in the new era.
