摘  要:中华人民共和国成立后,上海城市性质及艺术家生存空间发生巨大改变。在新文艺政策的号召下,上海艺术家们积极深入生活,创作了一批反映劳动主题的工业题材海派新国画,并从传统绘画格局加“工业符号”和现实主义题材“微弱的现代主义回声”中,开拓了海派新国画的地域特色,形成了海派新国画在20世纪五六十年代改造中独有的审美价值与艺术特征。Great changes happened to Shanghai and living conditions of artists there after the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949.To respond to the call of new literature and art policies,artists in Shanghai proactively explored daily lives and created a number of industry-themed new Chinese paintings that demonstrated people’s hard work.With"industrial signs"added to traditional painting patterns and the realist theme of faint echo of modernism",these artists created distinctive regional features of new Chinese paintings and formed unique aesthetic value and artistic characteristics of the Shanghai School in the 1950 s and the 1960 s.
