摘  要:聚醚醚酮是用于生产骨科植入物的最常用材料之一,但聚醚醚酮的生物学惰性导致它与骨组织和细胞的整合能力差,大大限制了其临床应用。近年来,国内外学者针对聚醚醚酮材料的改性进行了大量研究,旨在提高聚醚醚酮的骨整合性能。目前聚醚醚酮改性主要分为表面改性和共混改性,因此该文针对应用于骨修复领域的聚醚醚酮材料,从表面改性和共混改性2个方面对聚醚醚酮材料改性技术及其对骨整合影响的研究进展进行总结,旨在为今后骨修复聚醚醚酮材料的改进和转化提供参考。Polyetheretherketone is one of the most commonly used materials for the production of orthopaedic implants, but the osseointegration capacity of polyetheretherketone is poor because of its bioinert surface, which greatly limits its clinical application. In recent years, scholars have carried out a lot of research on the modification of polyetheretherketone materials in order to improve its osseointegration capacity. At present, the modification of polyetheretherketone is mainly divided into surface modification and blend modification. Therefore, this paper summarizes the research progress of polyetheretherketone material modification technology and its influence on osseointegration from two aspects of surface modification and blend modification for polyetheretherketone materials used in the field of bone repair, so as to provide a reference for the improvement and transformation of polyetheretherketone materials for bone repair in the future.
