摘　　要：肩袖损伤往往合并有肱二头肌长头肌腱(long head of biceps tendon,LHBT)病变,其在中老年人群中的发病率较高。随着近年来诊疗技术和治疗理念的不断更新,很多患者能够得到有效的诊治。该文从肩袖和LHBT的解剖、病因、诊断和治疗进展等方面着手,详述了国内外对肩袖损伤合并LHBT的相关研究进展,重点探讨了在对肩袖损伤进行处理的同时,必须重视LHBT病变的意义,旨在提高临床医生对肩袖损伤合并LHBT病变的认识,探索精准和有效的诊治体系,从而选择最佳的治疗方法。Rotator cuff injuries are often associated with long head of biceps tendon(LHBT) lesions, which are more common in middle-aged and older adults. With the continuous updating of diagnosis and treatment techniques and treatment concepts in recent years, many patients can receive effective diagnosis and treatment. This article starts from the anatomy, etiology, diagnosis and treatment progress of rotator cuff and LHBT, and details the related research progress of rotator cuff injury combined with LHBT at home and abroad. This paper focuses on the significance of paying attention to LHBT lesions while dealing with rotator cuff injuries, aiming to improve clinicians’ understanding of rotator cuff injuries combined with LHBT lesions, explore accurate and effective diagnosis and treatment systems, so as to choose the best treatment method.
